Topmost Item of Data Doesn't Print on a LOGDRAFT Boring Log Table

Problem: The topmost item of data that should be printed in a particular column of a boring log report's subsurface table is missing.

Explanation: You have turned on the Skip printing on the top of the first page checkbox. Re-edit the report form, go to "Sections" > "Subsurface Table", then, in the list of "Columns on this Form", click on the column you're having problems with. In the "Items Included in Column" section you should see an entry for "Report XXX" where "XXX" is the item you're trying to print: double-click on this.

You should see a new dialog with a row of tabs on top: click on the "Print when" tab and uncheck the "Skip printing on the top of the first page" box.
