Explanation:

This error typically occurs when an update intended for LabSuite version 5 is manually downloaded from our website then installed over an old LabSuite version 4 installation. The new version's files are incompatible with the old installation.

Solution:

  1. Save this file into your program's installation folder.
  2. Delete the files AASHTO2021ShareableConfigFiles.GeZip and AASHTO2022ShareableConfigFiles.GeZip from the program's installation folder.
  3. Delete the files AASHTO2021.PRTestSpecification and AASHTO2022.PRTestSpecification from the program's "shareable config. file" folder on each computer experiencing the problem. (To find that folder, start the software, select Options > Setup General Options, click on Files in the left-hand navigation panel, then look for the Report, data entry form and shareable config files path box at the right.).
