You can also choose the sources that you want to print by entering a set of coordinates into the Coordinates panel on the Report Settings dialog -- in order to use this option you must have your project set up for entering horizontal coordinates.
- You can enter a From coordinate and leave the To coordinate blank if you want to plot all sources with a coordinate greater than or equal to the From. Likewise, entering a To coordinate and leaving the From coordinate blank plots all sources with a coordinate less than or equal to the To value.
East From | East To | North From | North To | Result |
(blank) | 10000 | (blank) | (blank) | plots all sources with an easting coordinate <= 10000 |
10000 | (blank) | (blank) | (blank) | plots all sources with an easting coordinate of at least 10000 |
10000 | 20000 | (blank) | (blank) | plots all sources with an easting coordinate between 10000 and 20000 |
10000 | 20000 | 30000 | 34000 | plots all sources the fall inside a rectangle drawn between 10000 and 20000 east and 30000 to 34000 north |
- Note that you cannot perform any further selection (for instance, by clicking on something in the source list shown on the left side of the dialog) until you delete all of the information that you've entered into the Coordinates panel.
